Our bodies, minds and spirits are most happy when we live naturally in accordance with the seasons.  Each of the seasons have specific areas of focus such as emotions, organs, senses, etc.  At Grace Yoga, we practice postures and sequences suitable for each season to keep you balanced throughout the year and healthy in each seasonal transition.  Each class is taught with the creative use of yoga props (based on the Iyengar tradition), therapeutic seasonal focus, and ayurvedic balancing principles. You'll learn proper posture alignment, Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, strange and unusual facts, and have a lot of fun in the process!
